Villa Kolenchery is a luxury water front house situated about 1.5hr away from Toronto. This Villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchen. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuit, 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with a single over double bunk bed. You have a large balcony facing the water which gives you a beautiful view of the lake including the sunset. Lake scugog is great for fishing, water tubing and winter activities . The fire pit in the back yard is great for your friends and family gathering. A barbeque grill is also there in the balcony. This rental is not suitable for large groups, outdoor parties with loud noise as it is a quietneighbourhood. Guests should respect the neighbours and no trespassing to neighbours property. Outdoor activities are monitored with cameras by the owner.
