Because of trees and government protection rules to not mow their property, one can't see the lake from the house in the summer time. It is located 11 miles West of Sapulpa. Features blooming flower gardens, big lawn with swings, hiking, and a rock garden water fall. The house has 5 bedrooms with 3 baths, a sitting area upstairs, plus a nursery. It has 3 dining rooms, and a well equipped kitchen. It has an above ground (32' x 18') 42 inches deep swimming pool. There is a round patio with 6 porch swings all the way around with fire pit in the center, and a grill on the side, an area East of the green barn to shoot guns and a pond for fishing North of the barn.
