Positive: We were in Stony Brook for a family wedding & the accommodation suited our needs perfectly. The location was where we needed to be & a bonus was that you could walk into Stony Brook village, which is so pretty. There were 3 very generous bedrooms and the house furnishings were very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and tonnes of living space downstairs. The outdoor veranda was beautiful and we even got to use this space in November. The host was very responsive to all requests and came back to us really quickly each time we made contact.

Negative: An additional shower would have been great, however, a historical house will always have it's limitations, so it wasn't a big deal.
