A lush garden with three patio spaces, a chiminea and Weber barbecue are designed so you can get the most of Tucson's sunshine in the winter months. Within 2 min drive of Trader Joe's, the Rillito River Park pathway system, and 10 minutes from the University of Arizona campus. Owners (Michael and Rosanna) are artists and plant lovers that celebrate the culture of the southwest.
This home houses the studio of professional landscape artist Rosanna Marmont and displays a significant collection of her Tucson inspired paintings.
