This attractively decorated two bedroom townhome is located in the aptly named villa complex, Stone's Throw from the Ocean, in the Folly Field area of the Island. Walk to Hilton Head's beautiful beach in under 5 minutes. Park in front of your door and enter the villa through a fenced in and very private, front deck full of sun. The downstairs has an open floor plan with kitchen including all new appliances in 2022, dining area, spacious living room and half bath.
The owner has added her special touch to a very tasteful and original decor--modern and cozy at the same time. The living room has a flat screen TV and VCR and DVD players. There is also full sized sleeper sofa. Wireless internet is provided. Perhaps the best feature of the villa is the large back patio which was updated in 2022--very private, nicely furnished and beautifully landscaped. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with a queen size bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom. The master has a flat screen TV and the two bedrooms share a hall bath. The washer and dryer are also located upstairs. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa.
