Located on 5 cleared acres, this 2018 Forest River camper, comfortably sleeps 10. Master bedroom with NEW Queen size 10" cooling gel 'memory foam' mattress ensures a great sleep and the huge bunk room sleeps 5. With doors to the living space between the bedrooms, you are ensured privacy (and sleeping space for 3 more guests). Full size residential fridge, gas cooking, large dining area and sofa. The space is immaculate. Multi zone a/c throughout. Suitable for singles, couples, families and adult groups.
The perfect place to get away from it all, sit back, relax and unwind. Listen to the wildlife and enjoy the scenery on 5 beautiful secluded acres in the Florida countryside. Located just 2 mins from St John's River, 20 minutes to Sanford International Airport and 40 minutes to Orlando International Airport. Nearest towns are Sanford, Lake Mary and Oviedo. All have a wide selection of convenient shops, restaurants and bars. Go boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking or stroll the new Riverwalk in Sanford. Plenty to see and do in the area, including a number of State and County Parks. New Smyrna Beach, Canaveral Coast and NASA, Cocoa Beach, all just a short drive away. Lake Harney directly behind us and Mullet Lake, which has a boat ramp, is nearby. A beatiful new lookout tower has just been built in Lake Harney Wilderness Area which is well worth a visit (just 1/2 mile away). Black Hammock area is great for getting out on the trails and the fabulous Jolly Gator Fishcamp in Geneva offers local airboat tours. Check out Winter Park Scenic Boat Tours for a relaxing view of some historical homes from 3 lakes connected by canals. Or visit Orlando with it's world famous attractions. Disney is just an hour away making the RV a great place to relax after a busy day in the theme parks. The RV has a full 50amp electricity service which allows for dual zone A/C on those warm Florida days. In the cooler weather, heat is provided by electric space heaters which are more energy efficient than propane fuelled heat. Our fresh water connection is provided by the shallow well on site. The hob and oven are gas and there is a full size residential fridge in the camper for guests to store food and drinks. The outside kitchen space and barbeque are available on request.
