This outstanding location is one of only two properties that are true ski in/ski access across from Holiday Valley . A short walk across Holiday Valley road allows direct access to the Sunrise lift for direct to lift skiing, or take the free Holiday Valley shuttle which runs all day!!!! Incredible views of the slopes from the large deck all year round. An outside ski locker is available to store your gear after a day on the slopes. Inside are two large bedrooms and large loft with room for up to 10 people. Large comfortable living area with dining table, and A short 1 mile walk or drive to the center of the Village of Ellicottville gives you easy access to eclectic shopping, dining and night life. A fully appointed kitchen is ready for cooking on nights you would prefer to stay in. Easy access to the Holiday Valley pools, golf course, high ropes course, mountain coaster, Spruce Lake, and other amenities (separate charge applies) for a year round vacation.
