Beautiful beach block, end unit, three story town home at the highly desirable Thunderbird Condos, on the site of the former famous Thunderbird Inn on Surf Avenue. Property was professionally decorated in 2015 and is incredibly well maintained. Thunderbird has a beautiful pool area and sits just steps to the boardwalk and beach!
First floor features a private covered porch and your own private entry - no sharing an entry with multiple units! The beautiful foyer is decorated with old time photos of the original Thunderbird Inn and Wildwoods. Adorable beach-themed bedroom with single bed (with single trundle) and full bathroom with shower and spacious 2-car garage finish off the first level.
Second floor has large open living space with beautiful nautical themed decor and furniture. Half bath and laundry area are located right off the kitchen (which has seating for 3 at the breakfast bar!), as well as a small balcony with small table/chairs... this space is perfect for catching the weekly Summer fireworks show! The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 and you will find a sliding door with another small balcony. The living area has a comfortable sectional couch, flat screen television, and yet another private balcony - this one is overlooking Surf Avenue and has outdoor seating.
The third floor hosts large, bright master bedroom overlooking Surf Avenue, with large master bathroom. Adorable beach/pirate themed bedroom with single bunk beds + single trundle, and third "coral" bedroom, with shared full hallway bathroom round out the top floor of this unit.
