Newly Remodeled Cozy Lake Front Cottage, in Celina Ohio, for your family and friends eliminates Hotel or Motel quest sharing! With the Grandest View of the entire lake, this cottage has a boat dock and some great fishing opportunities. Cottage is walking distance to Restaurants, Bars, Boat Ramps, 2 Walking/Biking/Hiking Trails, Bark Park, a Light House, and yearly events such as Lake Festival, Freedom Days, short Boardwalk to downtown and much more! FREEDOM DAYS is a yearly Celina fourth of July festival that has fantastic fireworks on a barge in front of the cottage! Besides fireworks many other festivities are a short stroll on the new boardwalk which goes by the front of your cottage! The festival lasts 3 entire fun days! CELINA LAKE FESTIVAL is a yearly event that has great fireworks on a barge in front of the cottage! Besides fireworks many other festivities are a short stroll on the new boardwalk which goes by the front of your cottage! The Lake Festival is usually held the last week of July and has 3 entire days of family fun! ELDORA SPEEDWAY is less than 19 miles away. PET FRIENDLY COTTAGE Master bedroom is a full size bed with a new memory foam mattress put into service in May of 2018. In May of 2018 purchased a new sofa bed with a premium queen size mattress. In June of 2018 installed a new walk in shower. Television, High Speed Internet, and security cameras are included. Kitchen stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, lawn chairs, all ready for your enjoyment. This is a Non-Smoking Cottage
