Located just E. of Historic Swinton Ave about 1.5 miles from the famous shops and incredible bars and restaurants of Atlantic Avenue and about 2 miles from the our beautiful beaches. 2 bikes on property make for super nice, few minute ride to either. Or better yet rent a golf cart! Deep sea fishing, drift boat fishing, Palm Beach Island, and safe snorkeling at Peanut Island all minutes away! The Maple is one of the largest models in the community at 2400 sq./ft. under air, featuring a private courtyard design with 1BR/1BA studio apt with separate entrance and kitchenette.. The main house is 3 BR/2.5 BA plus office with queen Murphy Bed and closet system. House boasts a large patio deck with secluded heated pool and waterfall, plenty of outdoor seating and BBQ grill (perfect for all your entertaining). Pool toys, floating rafts, and beach umbrellas all here. Large fenced backyard containing lush tropical landscape and variety of tropical fruit trees. Olympic length public pool with high dives and a hiking trail are directly behind the house. The many upgrades to house include a 20 kw natural Generac gas generator, gas range, gas dryer and pool heater, and brand new 16 seer A/C. Beyond move in ready, fully furnished, FULLY equipped kitchen and linen closets. Short term/long term available- House can be rented without cabana, cabana adds an extra $125 a night.
