This area in Glendale is near the Peoria Sports Complex spring training home of the San Diego Padres. Arrowhead mall is just a short drive away, bowling, restaurants, shopping are all in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy some recreational ice skating at AZ Ice Peoria!
Use your car for short drives to all destinations. Easy access to Hwy 101 and State Farm Stadium a short distance away and Westgate entertainment center!

Check-in Procedure:
You may park in the driveway of the home. Please proceed to the front door. You will find a keyless keypad access system to the left of the door. Enter code given above. This will unlock the door. You may enter at this time. Upon entering, please close and lock door behind you. To complete the check-in process, please text your safe arrival to 602-329-9531. At that time, your check-in will be complete.
PLEASE NOTE: OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET IS PROHIBITED! PLEASE PARK IN DRIVEWAY ONLY
TRASH CONTAINER PICK UP (CITY OF GLENDALE)
o Trash and recycle containers are located on the side of the home
o Container pick up day is Friday. Please place at curb Thursday evening
o Once containers are emptied, please return to the home
HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ!
o No parties or events
o No smoking indoors or outdoors on residence grounds
o Please do not leave trash bins out over night after it has been picked up.
o No burning incense or candles inside the home (Unless in an emergency, such as a power outage, then candles may be used)
o NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RESIDENCE
o No food or drinks in carpeted rooms, except water
o No shoes on furniture
o Flush only toilet paper down toilets. No feminine hygiene products, paper towels or wipes
o No loud music or excessive noises. QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM EVERY NIGHT!
Parking:
o Please use driveway for Parking
o NOTE! Overnight Parking on Street is Prohibited! Please always park in driveway. There is room to accommodate 3 cars
POOL RULES:
o Weekly Pool Service is on Wednesdays early AM. Please be aware of service tech on property!
o Do not drag patio furniture. Two person lift to move only. Move all patio furniture back to original positions prior to departure
o Only beach towels outside, no bath towels (make sure enough beach towels provided for guests)
o No running, diving, glass items on patio or pool area
o No children unsupervised in back yard and in pool area
o Instructions on how to use the hot tub is located on the kitchen counter by the iPad
o When using the hot tub, please turn the hot tub off per the instructions so that the pool filter system runs properly
o No Glass containers or Glass bottles are permitted at the pool or around the pool deck
o Please be advised that guests swim at their own risk
o Owners and Management are not be responsible for any injuries while using the pool
o There is a pool mesh fence around the porch for safety. Please do not lay any towels, clothing or any other items on the pool fence to prevent damage to the fence
o Please follow all health and safety protocol guidance from the CDC with regard to masking and social distancing to minimize your exposure to Covid-19
