Walk to the ocean or use the parking permit and key to park on the dunes and step right down the best stretch of beach in all of Montauk. Step outside to the never-ending wrap-around porch to listen to the waves, where you can grill and enjoy family meals on the teak dining set, or lounge and enjoy a cocktail on the oversized outdoor sectional. At dusk, gather around the oversized gas fire-pit with matching Adirondack chairs.
Inside, the spacious, open-floor plan features warm wide-plank pine floors throughout, a gourmet eat-in kitchen with sliding doors to the outdoor eating area, and a living room with cozy couches, a stone fireplace and a Smart TV. There are 2 queen bedrooms on the first floor and a full bathroom. The second floor includes a large master bedroom oasis with a king bed, gorgeous en-suite bath (steam shower, Jacuzzi, double vanity) and double doors to a wrap-around private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset drink while you watch the kids play in the yard.
