Master bedroom:
Queen bed, Samsung Tv, closet space and drawers.
2nd room:
3 full sized beds. Bunk bed is 2 full beds and couch shown in the photo pulls out to an additional full bed if needed! Smart tv, closet space and drawers.
Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply coffee and sugar, as well as a fully equipped kitchen should you wish to cook. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
Dining table:
Our dining table has a total of 6 chairs (2 extra not pictured in the image) for you to comfortably enjoy a nice dinner with your party of 6 or less.
NO smoking inside the home. Patio is 420 friendly and for you to use 😊
Our home can host 4-6 guests. We can accommodate for more upon request :)
Strictly NO parties allowed! Friends & family gatherings okay. Any gathering larger than 8 would require a $200 deposit (to be reimbursed upon check out).
Parking:
1 parking in front of home! Help yourself to any street parking as well. Driveway parking is for unit 2 only! The only parking we provide is the one in front of the home.
Guest access
You will have the entire main home to yourself!! Please keep in mind that the home is a duplex and you might occasionally see other guests walking down the driveway to the guest home in back. Driveway parking is for unit 2 only. Full privacy in the main home, with its own parking spot!
