PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Lower Level: The ground level is a self-contained retreat featuring a private living area, a convenient wet bar, and a bedroom with one Full bed and two Twin beds. This level includes a full bathroom and provides direct access to the lower deck, where you can soak in the private hot tub while taking in serene water views. This level also connects to the garage. (Note: Elevator access begins at the garage and only goes to the second and third floors).
Second Level: The second floor serves as the heart of the home with a bright, open-concept living area, a gourmet kitchen, and a thoughtfully designed dining space. The second-story deck offers additional seating overlooking the water. This level houses the Primary Suite, featuring a King bed and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A powder room is also located on this floor for other guests as well as the laundry room.
Third Level: The top floor features three additional guest bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen bed. These rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, along with an additional half-bath on this level for added convenience.

Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
