Summary: The building is currently undergoing renovations, but overall, the hotel was reasonably clean and well maintained. There were some stains on the carpet in the room, but the essential areas and facilities seemed to be regularly maintained. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room itself was quite spacious, and small details such as the mini fridge and the electrical outlets with USB ports were appreciated. Having the parking area directly in front of the room was also very convenient. The air conditioning system (individual unit in the room) could use a thorough cleaning. There was a noticeable smell whenever it was running. It was difficult to identify, but it smelled somewhat like an old or stale fragrance, as if perfume or a scented product had been spilled near or inside the unit at some point. The mattress should probably be replaced. The center was still comfortable, but the springs on both sides were noticeably worn out, making the edges of the bed uncomfortable. The breakfast provided was okay. Nothing exceptional, but it was adequate. The location is not perfect, but everything was functional and practical. The property was adequately lit, and the essential facilities appeared to be regularly maintained. Overall, the hotel offers a decent and practical stay, with friendly staff and spacious rooms. Replacing the mattress and having the air conditioning unit thoroughly cleaned, or replaced if necessary, would significantly improve the experience.
