Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party.
Late Checkout:
Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. If requested prior to the day of checkout we may be able to offer a later checkout time free of charge depending on the schedule of our cleaning team.
