Summary: This hotel is a little Hidden Gem. If you get a Lakeview balcony you are in for a treat. The balconies look directly out and on to the private Little Beach area and boat dock directly behind the hotel it is Lakefront property. If you get a garden View you can watch the birds and the squirrels interact throughout the trees and garden area. There are fireplaces in the room, ping pong table, chairs on the out side deck patios and grills and tables on the private Beach area. The staff at the front office was absolutely charming and so very helpful! There is a very simple grab and go breakfast in the morning in the office which consists of coffee, granola bars, oatmeal, apples and things of that nature that you can just literally grab stick in your pocket or start munching on as you head out to the lake or back to your room. There are fireplaces in the room but we did not turn hours on since we visited in September and it wasn't quite that chilly. Dogs are welcomed for a fee unless they are a service animal in which case they are no cost. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice, especially having the option to have the heat turned on in the bathroom. That will be especially nice in the snowy months. The water pressure was a little bit low but that is just being nitpicky. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
