Enjoy the beautiful views from the private balcony, open floor plan, and primary suite. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The primary bedroom has balcony access and a gorgeous view of the sparkling turquoise waters, with a king bed and an adjoining bath with dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. You'll also have a handy bunk nook, a queen sofa bed, free WiFi, TVs in each bedroom, and a private washer/dryer. The home is also within walking distance to Pier Park with outstanding restaurants and shopping.

Beach chair service rental is available from March through October for an additional fee.
Parking notes: All guests must pre-register to receive a parking permit. The registration fee is $35 per parking permit and all guests must register and print the passes prior to arrival to gain access to the property. There is a two car maximum. There is no reserved parking for this complex. Parking is across the street in a covered parking garage linked by a sky bridge. Please be aware, Aqua enforces a very strict two car parking policy due to space limitations. Please display your parking permit at all times or risk being towed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
