The tropical lush landscaping throughout the complex is like being in Hawaii…fountains, flowers, wandering paths, and even a koi pond.
The space
The living area has a queen size sofa bed, a large comfy recliner, and a 50” Smart TV for all your streaming needs. The bedroom offers a king size bed with a hypoallergenic mattress and pillow protectors, a 42” Smart TV, and a killer ocean view from the window!
The kitchen is equipped with a new fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, Mr. Coffee, and Keurig. Instead of a standard oven there is a toaster oven. Basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, spices, and oil are provided. Dining area seats four with an additional two barstools in the kitchen.

There is only one parking spot. If you bring two cars there is a paid parking lot across the street. If you park your second car in the garage, the guards will give you a parking ticket
