Surrounded by water on three sides, this secluded peninsula lot provides over 400' of water frontage for fishermen / water sport enthusiasts. 3400 sq.ft. of living / porch sitting area are elevated to provide the optimum vantage point to view across the water to the action and night life of Biloxi which is located less than 9 minutes by car (or 5 minutes by boat). Elegantly detailed kitchen cabinets feature granite counter tops... along with the Master Bath and 2nd Bath vanities in the newly re-built / re-furnished home site (re-built in 2010). This is two story house for rent.....the main house is upstairs with a large game area is downstairs.
This is the perfect location for the fisherman. We have a new pier along our natural habitat peninsula (favorite spot for local fisherman). The pier is equipped with: 1000 watt fishing light, electrical power, rod holders, storage box, chairs, and side tables.
We have fishing guides that will pick you and your party up on our pier for fishing trip.
