A one story ranch, the layout is connected and easy for socializing, with plenty of private space (both inside and outside) to go off and read a book and enjoy your beverage of choice. A perfect gathering spot with a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, open floor plan, large bedrooms with huge closets, a ton of light, relaxing views, a Cowboy Pool, pingpong, Corn Hole (or Bags if you are from the Midwest). Plenty to do or do nothing at all.

LIVING ROOM: Comfortable living room that spills into dining room and kitchen. Wood-burning fireplace, ample seating, SmartTV for movie night, lots of books and games.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked gourmet chef's kitchen, nice countertop space for group food prep, brand new EVERYTHING… LG refrigerator, four-burner gas range with griddle, ceramic pans in all shapes and sizes, microwave, toaster, DeLonghi espresso/coffee maker and a French Press for you coffee over-achievers. As much as we love going out for dinner, we really enjoy cooking a fresh meal together and relaxing in front of the fire after a day of outdoor activity and adventure.
DINING ROOM: Large dining table with available leaves, can sit up to twelve comfortably.
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have brand new, super comfy, top-of-the-line mattresses, Casper pillows, and layers of luxurious sheets and comforters.
GRAND SUITE: One King and One Twin (sleeps three)
GRAND ADJOINING BATH: Double-vanity, spa shower, Mexican-inspired tile from Clay Imports.

THE LAND: One acre steps away from the Barton Creek Greenbelt. Coyotes, foxes, rabbits, and lizards abound. Find nature in the heart of the city!
You'll have the unit all to yourself, with a private front patio and an extra large covered and gated side patio. Cowboy Pool (cool in the summer and warm in the winter), gas grill, outdoor dining space and places to lounge - perfectly suited to chilling and playing outdoor games.
