Perfect for any visit to Austin, my beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bath house is great to relax in after SXSW, Formula 1 or the ACL Music Fest. The Barton Hills neighborhood is central, quiet, beautiful & near downtown, with so many great places to eat, see & shop within walking distance.. 4 blocks to the Broken Spoke Saloon; the Saxon Pub, Alamo Drafthouse/Highball, Opa's, ABGBs, Barton Creek, Barton Springs & ACL all a walk away. Fully furnished. Standard TV, wireless internet, hot tub, covered porch with ceiling fans and speakers and a Weber gas grill.
The base price is for 3 bedrooms & 6 people. The living room includes a full-sized futon. The 4th bedroom is an office with a trundle bed (two twin beds, one above the other,) but can also be combined to become a king-size bed.
Please note: Most things are within walking distance - 24-hour restaurant and Walgreens, gas station, shops, the famous Broken Spoke country dance hall with great live music almost every night and even a city bus stop two blocks away on South Lamar that can take you downtown four miles away.
