Take advantage of the Blackstone grill and dine outdoors, enjoying the famously idyllic Scottsdale evenings, illuminated by string lights and landscape lighting.
Indoors, enjoy air conditioning, vaulted ceilings and stress-free tile flooring for easy indoor/outdoor transitions. The family room is designed for gathering with comfy seating around an oversized smart TV, surrounded by windows to let the outdoor breeze in. Let loose and enjoy the pool table, and, go ahead - grab a record off the wall and go back in time with vintage record fun!
The bunk room features two bunks with trundles underneath for a total of six beds. Toys, books and board games are provided to ensure everyone has the BEST time!
THE POOL
Surrounded by lush Ficus and citrus trees, this sparkling pool is meticulously maintained weekly, with the option to add heating (fees apply) for those chillier months. Pool equipment is app automated. Toys, noodles, floaties are provided in the outdoors toy chest. Enjoy the whimsical swings or sway the day away in the egg chairs. The poolside chaise lounges recline to your liking.
**The cost to have the pool heated is $85 per day (we don't factor your check out day). We require 48 hours notice and payment prior to heating the pool.
THE HOT TUB
There is no cost to heat the hot tub. Optimal temperature is 101-104 degrees – let us know if you have a preference!
THE YARD AND THE FUN STUFF

Indoors: Ping pong, pool table, record room, toys, books, board games and 3 large TVs.
THE KITCHEN
A gorgeous white, fresh, clean culinary haven. Our labeled drawers have everything you need to cook, clean and live in comfort – we don’t skimp the small details.
THE BAR
The 12’ bar counter is equipped with a beverage cooler and a bartender’s favorite tools and drinkware. A Keurig with pods and large coffee pot will keep you caffeinated all day!
PARKING
Garage and driveway is yours to use! Be courteous about street parking and kind to our neighbors.
THINGS TO KNOW
• The front door is equipped with a monitored Ring Video Doorbell.
• For pool heating, we need 2 days notice to warm the pool to temperature, especially important in the winter months. The cost to heat the pool with our propane heating system is $85 per day.
• Internet Access: Cox High-speed Internet – Wifi password provided in welcome email
• No pets allowed
• There is a laundry room on the main level with a washer and dryer and detergent provided.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. -- enforced by Scottsdale city ordinances. Thank you for respecting the neighbors.
