'Ocean Breeze' This house has just been newly renovated and has a private pool. Just 80 steps to the beach boardwalk. This is a great location south of Thomas Dr. The house has four bedrooms, two baths, new large kitchen, dining area, living room and screen Florida room with refrigerator across back of house over-looking private pool with six foot privacy fence. It has a beautiful professionally landscaped yard with covered parking for two cars and additional parking for two more cars. Ocean Breeze has surveillance cameras to ensure our home is secure. It also helps to clarify any damage disputes.. There are a total of four audio visual cameras. All cameras are located outdoors. Camera one looks at the parking lot. Camera two looks at entrance area. Camera three and four are posted in deck and backyard. Signs are posted at the property as well.
There is air conditioning and free WiFi. The large kitchen is newly renovated with new appliances and quartz on countertops and backsplash with eat-in area, Kohler sink and built-in microwave, refrigerator. Check out is at 9am and check-in is at 3:30pm.
The bedrooms have a King bed in one, four Bunk beds in one, Queen in one bedroom, Full in one and two sleeper sofas in living room. Sleeping a total of 14 people.
When returning from the beach there is an outside shower conveniently located on the right side of the house.
This property is 3 minutes to shopping, restaurants, golf and theme parks. This house is perfect for small to large families or share the cost between two smaller families or friends. After staying here once you will want to come back year after year. We are pleased to have many repeat guest.
